Trust
Security & privacy
NewEarthX is built on governance, transparency, and stewardship. The support portal is no different.
End-to-end encrypted streams
WebRTC negotiates a DTLS-SRTP encrypted media channel directly between you and the agent. Your screen content never traverses our servers in cleartext.
Peer-to-peer by default
We use STUN to establish a direct connection. Only when a strict firewall blocks P2P is a relay used, and the relay never sees decrypted media.
View-only
The browser portal is one-way: an agent can see your shared window, but cannot move your mouse, type, or run commands on your machine.
Zero recording
We do not record video, audio, or screenshots. When you click End, the connection is destroyed and nothing remains.
Minimal metadata
We log only the session code, your chosen display name, the agent who handled it, and start/end timestamps — for audit and capacity planning.
One-time codes
Session codes are unique per request and become invalid the moment the session ends.
A note on remote control
Tools like AnyDesk and Chrome Remote Desktop give an agent the ability to click and type on your computer. NewEarthX Support intentionally does not — the browser portal is view-only. If a future engagement requires deeper assistance, our forthcoming audited desktop agent will request explicit, scoped consent for each interaction.
